Anxiety: Overcome Anxious Feelings


Anxiety is a normal part of life, but if your anxiety is causing you significant distress, it may be time to seek professional help. Please join us for six weeks of group counseling aimed at helping you live a calmer, less anxious life. Through the use of education, cognitive-behavioral techniques and coping skills, you will learn strategies to control anxiety and reduce anxiety’s negative impact on your life. Come join us as we share our stories, work towards goals, and take steps towards mental and emotional well-being. 

6 week support group every Tuesday night.

Tuesday Feb 18th - Tuesday March 24th.    

 6:30-7:30pm.  

Participants must register.
